New Homes prides itself on the unique service we are able to offer builders and clients alike. We are fully aware that as part of the new homes sector, builders have specific business needs with so much depending on timescales to ensure quick, successful sales. We have expanded our already successful Builder Centre in Yorkshire into the East Midlands with a specialist team in each field. The New Homes team deal direct with builders for off plan or build complete sales and our Builder Specialists deal with both part exchange properties and assisted sales.

New Build Homes

Builders regularly buy in resale properties allowing purchasers to go on and buy the new build home they desire. If this is not an option for a builder then builder assist may be i.e. the builder agrees as an incentive to pay the estate agency costs for the person interested in the new build home. Where New Build homes are concerned, strict deadlines usually follow and we are able to ensure that we deliver an exemplary service to builders and customers alike.

Sell New Property

The team at the Builder Centre spend their entire working day dealing with builders and clients – they do not deal with any private clients. Our negotiators offer support, dedication and unrivalled service and are highly trained in using our extensive branch network to provide access to all properties for all buyers. We sell a vast range of new property for the whole of South Yorkshire and the East Midlands with a diverse price range and an array of property types.

Our sales team are available seven days a week and we frequently run open days and evenings of the New Build sites. We are a team of professionals that believe in giving our client the total service.
