Abby dealt with me a lot on the recent sale and I'm glad she did as she was so helpful, professional and went the extra mile to get things moving along a quickly as possible. A star indeed! Also the branch manager Ken was excellent in his job, explaining things in great detail and his knowledgeable advice a definite asset. All in all, a job very well done, in this stressful times of selling houses. Thank you once again to all who helped.

Whenever I phoned the Rotherham office, the staff answering the phone were always very friendly and did their best to answer my questions and, if they were unable too, they were very quick to put me in touch with someone who could. The person who was dealing with our sale was Violet, she provided help at every stage of the sale. Initially, when searching for an estate agent to sell the property, I was very impressed by the effort and persistence of both Ken and Steve. Also, full marks to the girls on the desk who got to know me well! Thank you all so very much.

From start to finish the service was excellent. We were kept fully informed of developments and given advice as and when needed.Every member of staff were friendly and professional in their dealings with us, they always listened to our input and ideas and the final decisions were always left to us without any pressure whatsoever.We live outside the Rotherham area but Haybrook made sure that this was not a problem.We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Haybrook.

I had to sell my late Aunts house for probate purposes and had problem after problem but the staff at Haybrook Rotherham branch have shown how patient and professional they all are. I was perhaps very fortunate to have the house sale go through so quickly, obviously assisted by the excellent service I received from the Rotherham Branch of Haybrook.From the initial contact the whole thing ran very smoothly with regular updates of any amendments or suggestions of which tact to take. I should of course mention Violet who played a key role in the sale, we even communicated by email whilst I was on holiday in the Middle East. Violet had an excellent manner and was always very cheerful - Thanks.

I was very happy with the service I received from Haybrook. I engaged them after having tried another local Estate Agent. Haybrook did what they promised and sold the property, although it did take a little longer than their initial estimate, but the service was very good and Violet in particular deserves praise. Violet kept in touch at all times to keep us up to date with what was happening and if she said she would ring back, she always did, Violet also chased all other parties to keep matters moving. I would very happily recommend Haybrook.

All in all the buying process went really well. Had great help from Joe in the finding the best mortgage, although there were a couple of issues with the vendors Haybrook made sure that I was kept well informed.

A good service throughout, except for loosing our keys, this was quickly resolved when Haybrook paid to get the locks changed. We were kept well informed regarding the buyer and any negotiations with them.

Having previouslty delat with a different estate agent in Rotherham I decided to try Haybrook and it was the best thing we did. The standard of service was so much higher and our property was only on the market for two weeks before it sold.

Friendly professional attitude by all staff in the office and over the telephone, any queries were answered really promptly. When there was a problem with the roof Haybrook in Rotherham also sorted out that problem

I have dealt with Haybrook in Rotherham on several different occasions and the experience each time was nothing short of excellent.
In every case the staff involved were usually Peter & Jai both of whom are unfailingly polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. They are also totally dependable with a demonstrated capacity for taking the initiative as and when required.

A fantastic service, everyone was so helpful, the property had previously been on the market for a year with a different agent with only two viewings, then I went to Haybrook in Rotherham and they sole my house within 3 weeks.
